This approach works, I know because I used a similar approach to quit smoking myself in 1 day. And it works along the process of going cold turkey which has been proven to be a very effective way to quit smoking.
You already know why you should quit smoking and the difference it will make to your health. But it’s so easy to procrastinate when it comes to doing something challenging… I know… it has happened to me many times and it continues to happen each time I take on something new and challenging.
